This payment covers the balance of your collaborative window package — due within seven days of receiving your match confirmation. Paying it confirms you’re ready to move forward with your cohort, your window dates, and everything Hub234 has lined up to support you.

Here’s what’s included in your package: a dedicated social media manager for three weeks covering preparation and your full live window; content creation including ad creatives, posts, and daily vendor spotlight videos cross-posted to Instagram and TikTok; a coordinated posting schedule shared with your whole cohort before the window opens; shared ad spend directed to your cohort’s customer-facing landing page; and a full storefront review within 24 hours of your listings going live.

Once this payment is confirmed, your spot in the cohort is locked in. You’ll receive your full storefront setup timeline, your packaging requirements, and everything else you need to be ready when your window opens.

This balance is non-refundable once paid, except where Hub234 materially fails to deliver the services outlined above. Payment confirms you’ve read and agreed to the terms of your vendor agreement.
