Registration and Onboarding

Visit our website, fill in the 'Request Contact' form and we will get in touch to help you to start.

You will need to provide your business name, contact details, bank details, and product information.

The process takes just 2 minutes to complete.

After registering, visit the Vendor Checklist  page via your dashboard to be guided through the on-boarding process, which includes setting up your store, adding products, and preparing for sales.

Use custom logos, branding elements, and high-quality images to create a unique brand identity.


Products and Listings

Go to your vendor dashboard, click "Add New Product," and fill in the product details, including images, descriptions, and prices.

Yes, you can sell variable products by adding different attributes such as size, color, and more.

You can manage your inventory from your vendor dashboard, where you can update stock levels and monitor sales.

Update your inventory status to "Out of Stock" in your vendor dashboard to prevent customers from ordering unavailable items.

Yes, you can enable pre-orders for upcoming products. Specify the expected availability date in the product listing.

Supported image formats include JPEG, PNG, and GIF. Ensure your images are high resolution for the best presentation.

When adding a new product, select "Variable Product" and add attributes such as size and colour to create variations.

Yes, you can create product bundles or sets by listing them as a single product with multiple items included.


Shipping and Fulfillment

Vendors must send products in bulk to our UK warehouse for cheaper and quicker delivery.

Shipping rates start from £2.50. for customers when products are shipped from our UK warehouse.

You can choose to use our shipping partner or use your own partners. We will provide you with an address to ship your products to.

Customers see the correct delivery fee on the site once they have added your product to their shopping cart and entered their address.

If your shipment is delayed, we will notify you immediately and provide an updated delivery timeline.

Shipping methods cannot be changed after an order is placed. Ensure you select the correct shipping method during checkout.

Contact our support team immediately. We will guide you on the steps to take to resolve the issue.

Use transparent bags for individual items, sturdy cardboard boxes for shipping, and where relevant, appropriate cushioning materials to prevent damage.

Familiarize yourself with international shipping regulations and ensure your products meet all requirements. Contact our support team for guidance.

All deliveries for orders are insured for the full amount of the product. If a product is lost during shipping, contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Payments

There are two options. You can get paid in Naira for free. You can also get paid in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) directly to your bank account, but this comes with some third party fees.

Payments are processed weekly.

Hub234 does not charge fees for receiving payments; however, your bank may have its own charges.

Yes, you can update your bank details in the vendor dashboard under account settings.

The minimum payout amount is £50. Payments below this amount will be rolled over to the next payment cycle.

Hub234 does not charge transaction fees. However, our payment provider may have its own fees.

For items priced up to £40, we charge a commission of £4 on each item sold. For items priced over £40, we charge a commission of 10%. This is to cover any costs involved in sending out payments to o9ur Vendors.

Our system is very transparent. All you will be charged are our commission and third party card processing fees (less than 1% of total price). In the case we need to add any fees, we will contact vendors to discuss options.

Yes, Hub234 supports various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and PayPal.

Refunds can be issued through your vendor dashboard. Navigate to the order details and select the refund option.


Marketing and Sales

Each item must be placed in a transparent bag, labelled with the SKU and size, and arranged in a strong cardboard box labelled with your Vendor ID. You can find guidelines for packaging in our Vendor Resources page

Vendors must specify their return policy, which will be displayed on their storefront. You can set your Returns Policy from your Vendor Dashboard. Customers should contact the vendor directly for returns and exchanges.
