Welcome to Hub234! Follow these 7 steps to complete your onboarding process and set up your store.
1. Review and Sign the Appropriate Vendor Contract
– Vendor Contract: Review and sign the Vendor Contract to agree to use Hub234’s UK warehouse services to store your goods on an ongoing basis.
2. Set Up Your Profile
– Complete Your Profile: In your Vendor Dashboard, go to Settings > Store to set up your profile and add your contact details, which will be shown on your storefront.
3. Add Terms and Conditions (Optional)
– Optional Policy: Under Settings > Store, you can create your own Terms and Conditions. This is optional but helps protect your brand. Use our templates if needed here.
4. Add Your Return Policy
– Return Policy: Clearly define your return policy for customers under Settings > Store by filling out the Return Policy field. Templates are available to help you get started here.
5. Provide Account Information for Payouts
– Payment Setup: Go to Settings > Payment, select Direct to Bank Transfer, and add your account information for seamless payouts.
6. Add Your Products
– Add Products to Your Store: Follow our guide here to add new products to your storefront. Make sure to include accurate descriptions and high-quality images.
7. Ship Products to Hub234
– Send Your Products to Our Warehouse: Package your items and send them to our UK fulfillment center. Follow our detailed packaging instructions here. Once received and approved, your products will be ready for sale.
