ATUCHE – International Terms & Conditions
By placing an order on our international website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Made-to-Order & Production Timeline
ATUCHE is a made-to-order womenswear brand.
• All orders are produced after payment confirmation.
• Production timeframe: 10 working days
• Production time excludes shipping days.
• Once production has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. International Shipping Methods & Timelines
All international orders are shipped from Nigeria using the following options:
Hub234 Cargo Shipping
• Delivery timeline: 10–20 business days
• Timeline varies depending on destination and customs processing.
DHL Express Shipping
• Delivery timeline: 5–7 business days
• Faster delivery option at a higher shipping cost.
Please note: Shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, or external factors beyond our control.
3. Shipping Fees
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method, and order size.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• ATUCHE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.
4. Tracking & Delivery
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
• Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment using the provided tracking details.
• ATUCHE is not liable for missed deliveries due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Promotions, Discounts & Offers
• Promotions, free shipping offers, and discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• All items purchased with a discount or during promotional periods are final sale.
• Offers are valid only within their stated timeframe.
• Orders or responses made after a promotion has ended are not eligible for that offer.
6. Stockpiling Policy
• ATUCHE does not accept stockpiling.
• Completed orders may be held for up to one (1) month only.
• Orders not shipped within this period are at the owner’s risk.
Returns, Resale & Refund Policy (International Orders)
Due to the made-to-order nature of our pieces, returns are limited.
Return Eligibility
• Returns are accepted only in cases of verified damage during delivery.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags intact.
Return Process
• Email sales@atuchewoman.com.ng with your order number and clear evidence of the issue.
• Approved returns will receive return instructions.
• Return shipping costs for eligible damage claims will be covered by ATUCHE.
Refunds
• Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours after inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Sizing & Fit Policy
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
• ATUCHE is not liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements.
• If a customer insists on returning an item due to sizing issues, ATUCHE may assist in reselling the piece.
• A new size may be produced only after successful resale of the returned item.
